Bio - Belinda McFeeters

Belinda McFeeters is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Prior to joining the Center, Belinda supervised a Quality Control department which formulated quality standards and developed quality-monitoring tools to assess efficiency, effectiveness and quality of work. While in graduate school at Virginia Tech, Belinda worked on departmental assessment projects including designing tools to assess student outcomes; trained staff to conduct assessments. Now at the Center, Belinda's research focus is on Global Leadership and Diversity (College Student Leaders and Beyond); Assessing Interactions Among Diverse Individuals; Outcomes Assessment in General.

Belinda's education includes: B.S. (Business and Community Services), University of North Carolina at Greensboro; M.S. (Adult Education), North Carolina A & T State University; Ph.D. (Educational Leadership and Policy Studies), Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University
