Harvard Management Update Reissues CCL Article on Leading Amid Change

In response to the current extraordinary crisis in the world financial markets, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL^®) is offering many of its resources on leading through crises and managing through change. Read excerpts from two popular CCL books, Crisis Leadership by Gene Klann, and Leading with Authenticity in Times of Transition by Kerry Bunker and Michael Wakefield.

Bunker and Wakefield, CCL experts on change management, also had an article entitled "Leading in Times of Change" published in Harvard Management Update three years ago. Harvard has reissued that article as the present financial crisis looms.
