Cynthia McCauley Named Senior Fellow at Center for Creative Leadership
Greensboro, N.C. - Dr. Cynthia McCauley, an industrial and organizational psychologist with extensive publishing and product development credentials, has been named senior fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®). After more than five years on the Center's executive team, McCauley is stepping down to pursue her interests in leadership research. Greensboro, N.C. - The Banff Centre, a premiere Canadian learning center, has named The Leader's Edge: Six Creative Competencies for Navigating Complex Challenges as the recipient of its first Leadership Development Book Award.
