Permission to Republish Form

To obtain the Center's permission to republish any article, excerpt or text from CCL's Web site, e-Newsletter, UPDATE e-mail, or any print publication, please complete and submit the form below. CCL will review your request and notify you via e-mail whether or not permission is granted. If your request is granted, you will be required to properly cite any article or excerpt from an article with the author's name (as available) and identify the Center for Creative Leadership as the source. CCL reserves the right to make changes in permission status at anytime. Submission of this form DOES NOT guarantee that permission will be granted. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
