In our January issue of Leading Effectively, we asked readers to identify the biggest change they had faced in the last six months.

Not surprisingly, one-fifth of respondents identified the economy as the greatest change they had encountered. Likewise, nearly one-quarter of the responses indicated a shift in strategy or other changes at work -- issues that may also be connected to the current economic crisis.
