To really improve your ability to deal with conflict, you need a plan. CCL's Brenda McManigle gets you prepared to face the conflict in your life.

McManigle has worked directly with hundreds of leaders in CCL's custom programs and the Foundations of Leadership program. "In these programs, leaders learn a lot about conflict and how they handle it. They have these 'a-ha moments,'" says McManigle. "The next step, then, is to translate the new information into steps they can take back at work. So we work with leaders to map out a plan and even create practice scripts for talking through their biggest conflicts."
