What impact are you having as an everyday leader? Hopefully, your skills as a leader are connected to your self-identity and sense of purpose.

In a recent study, CCL asked everyday leaders about the impact they are having as leaders. The answers, for the most part, were connected to something the leaders valued: helping others to make good decisions; developing productive citizens; touching or shaping the lives of others; improving community, living conditions, and quality of life for others; providing jobs and economic stability; contributing to charitable causes, and so on.
