How to apply your myCCL Premium discount.

This webinar will look at best practices in talent management and how organizations are struggling to maintain those practices in a down economy. You will learn about CCL's 'view from the pipeline' research that focuses on how people feel and experience being identified as a high potential. You will also learn about the role you play as a 'developer of talent.' Each of these perspectives will be viewed in light of the current economic crisis, and will walk you through why paying attention to talent development is critical during this time and how you can go about making the right decisions about the people you are hoping to develop.

Outcomes:

  • Understanding high potential identification from the perspective of those who are inside of your succession pipeline
  • Gaining clarity on the role of a talent developer
  • Using your past experiences as a way to make talent decisions for today

Maximizing the Value of the Webinar

  • Invite others to participate. Structure a group "lunch and learn" session and invite other colleagues to attend.
  • Debrief the lessons learned. Set aside time at the end of the Webinar to discuss takeaways, and how they apply to your group or organization
  • Tap into your training budget. Ask your HR group or manager to underwrite the Webinar as part of your organization's ongoing staff development effort.
