Are you a segmenter or integrator or a volleyer? What is the style of your manager, co-workers or your family? Do you feel in control and satisfied with your style and has your way of working impacted your effectiveness at work? How people deal with flexibility - both using it and responding to others is a function of identifiable preferences. The upcoming webinar series delivered by Dr. Ellen Ernst Kossek, will present 7 main themes and tips to help you better understand how to link work-life preferences, linking to personal health, stress management, well-being and productivity, to gain practical strategies and tools to enhance quality of life- at work and at home. Busy working people need help reflecting in order to be able to develop career strategies to take advantage or available policies. Work groups and colleagues need help and new ways of thinking to discuss different work styles and preferences for integration and segmentation to be able to work together and implement flex. Join the conversation to learn more.
