You may feel you have untapped leadership potential. Or maybe you've reached a plateau in your career and want to go higher. Understanding the leadership potential you already have and creating a leadership brand for yourself will let influential people know who you are and what you are truly capable of.

In this session you will learn:

  • How you can contribute to the leadership processes in your organization - even before you have a conventional leadership role
  • Why it's important to develop your own personal leadership brand
  • CCL's point of view on the key competencies needed for aspiring leaders
  • How to transform frustrations of being an individual contributor into steps toward leadership

Maximizing the Value of the Webinar

  • Invite others to participate. Structure a group "lunch and learn" session and invite other colleagues to attend.
  • Debrief the lessons learned. Set aside time at the end of the Webinar to discuss takeaways, and how they apply to your group or organization
  • Tap into your training budget. Ask your HR group or manager to underwrite the Webinar as part of your organization's ongoing staff development effort.
