Do you see change as a danger, a challenge, or an opportunity? How people deal with change - both creating it and responding to it - is a function of identifiable preferences. The upcoming webinar session, delivered by Dr. Christopher Musselwhite, will present the research-based Change Style Indicator®, a tool which measures three distinct styles of how individuals prefer to approach and manage change. These styles influence leadership behavior and, when understood, offer greater understanding of others with whom we interact and can lead organizations through more successful change initiatives.
By attending this session you will:
- Learn three change style preferences as measured by the Change Style Indicator®;
- Learn the benefits and pitfalls associated with each style;
- Discuss the characteristics of each of the three styles;
- Learn four stages of transitions that people move through when faced with change; and
- Understand the implications of working in teams.
Who should attend?
The audience for this webinar includes managers who are responsible for leading people through change initiatives, change agents within an organization, and individual contributors who must collaborate with others as change occurs.
