About the Presenters

Kelly Hannum

Kelly Hannum
Kelly M. Hannum is manager of research for the EMEA region at the Center for Creative Leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in educational research, measurement, and evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to her work at CCL over the past 15 years, Kelly has conducted research and evaluation projects with organizations in a variety of sectors and countries. She is the recipient of the Marcia Guttentag Award from the American Evaluation Association and Young Alumni Awards from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Guilford College. Lize Booysen

Lize Booysen
Lize Booysen is a full professor of leadership and organizational behavior at Antioch University. She is an internationally recognized scholar in the field of diversity, race, gender, and leadership, and a management consultant. Lize holds a doctorate in business leadership as well as master's degrees in clinical psychology, research psychology, and criminology, all with distinction. She was full professor at the Graduate School of Business Leadership, University of South Africa, from 1992 until she joined Antioch in 2009. She was involved in the award-winning 62-nation cross-cultural GLOBE study and was the editor of the South African Journal of Labour Relations.
