Awareness Program for Executive Excellence (APEX)^®

APEX is CCL's premier coaching offering, designed specifically for senior-level executives. This custom designed individually-focused development opportunity offers the feedback, awareness and self-understanding needed to succeed in an uncertain and challenging leadership environment. This opportunity provides the most comprehensive understanding possible and coaches top leaders in how to make use of it to lead their organizations.

Format

• A coaching team typically composed of a male and female coach
• A custom assessment package that includes personality, style surveys and 360-degree feedback
• Comprehensive in-person interviews with the executive's business associates, family members and friends.
• Multiple feedback/insight and goal-setting sessions.
• A combination of in-person and telephone coaching sessions, typically monthly or bi-monthly.
• Customized reassessment of progress towards goals.

Best Suited for:

• Very senior-level executives: CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, chairmen, board members, officers and ascending senior executives

Length

• Typically lasts 12 to 24 months.

APEX is the most intensive and extended coaching opportunity offered by the Center, and the APEX experience provides a custom-designed "whole-life" development experience. Pre-assessment and qualification are required for participation.
