Special Leadership Development Program (LDP) Collaboration in South Africa
To further support individuals and organizations across Africa in their efforts to develop as leaders, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) has partnered with the University of Stellenbosch Business School (USB) to bring a special one-time offering of the most popular leadership development program in the world, CCL's Leadership Development Program (LDP), to South Africa.
Built from more than 40 years of research and the knowledge gained from developing more than 20,000 leaders from around the world each year, CCL has developed LDP to give attendee's a highly personalized experience into how they act and are perceived as a leader. It then helps them discover insights and ideas that they can start applying right away.
