Our most recent research projects include studies into coaching in an electronic environment, flexible work styles, high-impact succession management, team and organizational typologies and learning for sustainability.
In the future, CCL will continue to expand its research in the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa through analysis of existing data, partnerships with researchers in different countries, and new studies currently being designed.
