About Our Colorado Springs, CO Campus
Established in 1983, our Colorado Springs campus, the second of our Americas locations, sits on 66 acres at the foot of Pikes Peak. It combines a stimulating setting for reflection and development with an experienced staff dedicated to providing leaders with the most effective means of implementing practical individual and organizational change.
In addition to training, this facility conducts extensive research on assessment instruments, teams, and issues relevant to senior executives — a focus that is reflected in several leadership development programs offered only in Colorado Springs, including our world-renowned C-suite development program, Leadership at the Peak.
Facilities
Our Colorado Springs campus houses classrooms, observation rooms, action learning laboratories, a fitness center, gourmet dining room, and library, and its 66 acres are surrounded by hiking and biking trails.
Transportation & Parking
Our facility is situated near the Colorado Springs Airport (COS), only about 11 miles away or a 20-minute drive.
For program participants staying at the specified program hotel, daily transportation to and from our campus is provided. For participants, clients, and guests who wish to commute each day on their own, you may park in any parking space in our large parking lot. Reserved parking spaces for visitors are marked and available in our upper-level parking lot.

Although the training days are full, our Colorado Springs campus is beautifully situated in the foothills of Pikes Peak. It’s just a short drive away from the breathtaking Garden of the Gods, scenic Seven Falls, and the historic and picturesque town of Manitou Springs. These provide the perfect opportunity for reflection and recreation, either before or after a leadership development experience with us.
