For over ten years, the San Diego campus has provided an ideal location for organizations on the West Coast, Pacific Rim, and beyond. In addition to offering open-enrollment programs, our state of-the-art training rooms and experienced staff host custom programs to meet the particular needs of organizations and their leaders. Current research efforts in San Diego include work on global managerial leadership and diversity, entrepreneurial leadership, systemic leadership development, and the development of emerging leaders among the "generation X" population.
Although the training days are full, the San Diego campus is just minutes away from the beaches of La Jolla, Torrey Pines golf course and nature reserve, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. This provides the perfect opportunity for reflection and recreation before or after a program.
