How to Order
Order and Feedback Facilitation Requirements
Some of CCL's assessments require that feedback results be facilitated by a certified/qualified individual. This person's contact information is required to place an order.
- For Benchmarks®, Executive Dimensions™, 360 By Design® and Prospector®, attendance at CCL's Assessment Certification Workshop is required.
- For SKILLSCOPE® and KEYS® to Creativity and Innovation, completion of a Facilitator Qualification Form is required. There are two methods for submitting this form:
Online: Complete and submit the Online Facilitator Qualification Form for processing. You will be notified of your status by e-mail within ten business days.
By Mail/Fax: You may download an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Facilitator Qualification Form and submit it to CCL as indicated on the form.

Assessment Returns Will Be Accepted On The Following Conditions:
- The assessments have not been accessed by participants or their raters.
- The return is completed within 12 months of original purchase.
- The client pays return processing fee. Client Services can provide you with the fee associated with the assessment.
