Executive Dimensions^® - Certification

Because Executive Dimensions^® is a sophisticated assessment tool and effective facilitation is critical to its successful use, we require that it be administered only by certified professionals. CCL offers a two-day Assessment Certification Workshop for this purpose. You can choose to register for our open-enrollment certification workshop or request a custom program specifically for members of your organization. By attending this workshop, you will:

• Receive information on the research origins of CCL assessment tools and related ongoing research in the field of 360-degree feedback;
• Learn to read and analyze data in the feedback report and explain its format to participants;
• Prepare for the variety of feedback situations you will encounter, using the results of your own survey (if you choose to complete a 360 as part of this workshop) and sample feedback reports;
• Practice facilitating actual feedback sessions with other participants in the workshop;
• Learn how to assist others in the developmental planning process;
• Receive a comprehensive Facilitator's Manual and supplementary materials;
• Acquire certification to also use Benchmarks^®, 360 BY DESIGN^® and Prospector^®.
