Executive Dimensions® - Certification
Because Executive Dimensions® is a sophisticated assessment tool and effective facilitation is critical to its successful use, we require that it be administered only by certified professionals. CCL offers a two-day Assessment Certification Workshop for this purpose. You can choose to register for our open-enrollment certification workshop or request a custom program specifically for members of your organization. By attending this workshop, you will:
- Receive information on the research origins of CCL assessment tools and related ongoing research in the field of 360-degree feedback;
- Learn to read and analyze data in the feedback report and explain its format to participants;
- Prepare for the variety of feedback situations you will encounter, using the results of your own survey (if you choose to complete a 360 as part of this workshop) and sample feedback reports;
- Practice facilitating actual feedback sessions with other participants in the workshop;
- Learn how to assist others in the developmental planning process;
- Receive a comprehensive Facilitator's Manual and supplementary materials;
- Acquire certification to also use Benchmarks®, 360 BY DESIGN® and Prospector®.
