Provides in-depth feedback on the skills and practices of team leaders, identifying strengths and areas to be improved. Profile works as a companion to the TDS instrument (Campbell-Hallam™ Team Development Survey), which assesses how the team is functioning in the eyes of its members.
Special Features
Profile is completed by the leader, up to 10 team members and five outside observers. Broad respondent base minimizes the impact of individual biases and enhances the perception of fairness and accuracy.
The team leader can compare personal profile scores to a database of more than 400 leaders and some 2,000 different ratings of those leaders.
Certification Requirements
Facilitators of Campbell-Hallam™ Development Surveys must have a degree in business, psychology, industrial relations or a related field.
