KEYS^® to Creativity and Innovation - Administration

Step I: Technology Confirmation

Since all data collection for KEYS to Creativity and Innovation is conducted online, begin by checking that all respondents meet the basic technical requirements.

Step II: Process Setup

Contact CCL to receive the order form, which requires respondent names and email addresses, as well as key milestones dates.

Step III: System Activation

When you return the complete order form to CCL, we activate your KEYS to Creativity and Innovation survey. Invitation emails are automatically sent from our system.

Step IV: Respondent Engagement

Respondents login and complete the survey. At any time during the project, the designated Client Administrator can login to check status. Automatic email reminders are sent to non-respondents.

Step V: Scoring

Upon client request, CCL scores all data, which produces the Overall Report and any additional reports ordered. All reports are sent in PDF format to the qualified feedback facilitator.
