Board of Governors/Members


The Center has two governing bodies - Members and Governors. Members have the authority to elect and remove Members, elect and remove Governors, and adopt and amend the Bylaws of the Corporation. The Board of Governors is charged with managing the affairs of the Corporation with respect to program, policy, and implementation of the educational purposes of the Center.
